At Skokie Hospital, NorthShore University HealthSystem needed to upgrade the central utility plant to support long-term reliability and system performance.

These systems are critical to daily operations, and the work had to be completed while they remained fully active requiring phased execution and close coordination to avoid disruption.

The upgraded plant was delivered with operations intact. Critical systems remained online throughout construction, and new infrastructure was brought into service without impacting the hospital’s ability to operate.

The result is a system that performs as expected; reliably, consistently, and without interruption.
