At Glenbrook Hospital, Endeavor Health set out to expand its long-standing leadership in cardiovascular care by creating a centralized destination for advanced interventional and surgical services.
The result was the Bergstrom Interventional and Surgical Center within the Cardiovascular Institute (CVI). A purpose-built facility designed to bring together specialized care, advanced technology, and coordinated clinical teams under one roof.

From the beginning, this wasn’t just about delivering a new facility, it was about bringing a highly specialized level of cardiovascular care into one coordinated environment without losing the precision those teams depend on every day.
That meant aligning clinical teams, surgical teams, and operational leadership into a shared approach that could function seamlessly once the facility was live. Each brought their own workflows, priorities, and pressures, all of which needed to be supported within a single, integrated space. Cardiovascular care doesn’t leave room for inefficiency.
