Almost every project upon completion and sometimes due to phasing requires one or more relocations of personnel and equipment.

IFS works with the Owner’s departments to provide organization and scheduling of moves including furniture and equipment set-up to minimize the amount of down time. Our program includes the development of a move matrix and other planning devices that are used as a communication and organizational tools for all parties involved including IT and communication relocations. The moving company and all other parties involved are able to work from the same documents to improve communication and reduce error.
