This project involved remodeling an empty warehouse into a fully functional 3 operating room ambulatory surgery center with complete recovery capabilities. Using only the existing base structure, all utilities were replaced and extensive site work was needed to provide parking and infrastructure. New systems included emergency power generation, medical gas systems, heating ventilation and air-conditioning systems
