The project consisted of the construction of a stand alone 87,500 square foot research facility which includes laboratories, suites for clinical studies, a vivarium, and education space for the support of transitional, clinical and outcomes research. Special systems included air-handling and filtration for clean rooms, high-level security systems and emergency electrical systems.
