Glenbrook Hospital
The development consists of a multi-phased expansion (225,000 square feet) and renovation project that includes a new emergency
department; an expanded radiology wing (MRI, CT-Scan, etc.), an
out-patient cancer care center; a three-story (plus basement)
ambulatory care center with a multi-story main lobby that
contains retail space for an out-patient pharmacy, café and
optical shop. The $130 million project included extensive site
work on 40 acres of the campus comprised of parking, roadway
improvements, site utility upgrades and detention.
