Integrated Facilities Solutions, Inc. was incorporated in 1998. From one client and one project, we have grown to serve numerous clients many with multiple projects. The number of clients and projects has increased because of our ability to provide responsive, pro-active service. Clients served include: religious organizations, public schools, country clubs, office developments and healthcare. Healthcare and ancillary facilities account for the majority of the construction projects that IFS is managing. The client assignments have ranged in scope of service from one time consultations to comprehensive ongoing project management services. Individual projects have ranged in size from $2.5 to $54 million.
