Evanston Hospital CSTAR/MISTI

Center for Simulation and Innovation

This high-tech center for training Doctors and Medical personnel is comprised of a Center for Simulation Technology and Academic Research (CSTAR) consisting of seven simulation laboratories that include operating rooms, trauma rooms, patient rooms and an anesthesia room. A Minimally Invasive Surgical Training and Innovation Lab (MISTI) including 15 surgical wet/skills labs with a media room, control center and a classroom with video conferencing capabilities is also part of this project.
